Dr Gregg Lund Appointed to the American Academy of Osteopathy's Louisa Burns Osteopathic Research Committee
November 25, 2009 - George Pasquarello, DO, FAAO, President of the American Academy of Osteopathy (AAO) has appointed Dr. Lund to serve as a member of the Academy's Louisa Burns Osteopathic Research Committee.
The AAO (www.academyofosteopathy.org) is the professional organization of physicians who practice Ostopathic Manipulative Medicine. It's mission is to teach, advocate, and research the science, art and philosophy of osteopathic medicine, emphasizing the integration of osteopathic principles, practices and manipulative treatment in patient care.
The purpose of the Louisa Burns Osteopathic Research Committee is to provide leadership on clinical research involving health care outcomes in the practice of osteopathic manipulative medicine
